"Well, maybe we need to post some pictures of all the dirt and fingerprints that were left behind after the last "cleaning". I don't think that the owner "cleaned" our house, but her 20-something helper performed the "service". We did receive an apology from the owner after sharing a picture with her. The only cleaning that was evident was the taking and cashing of our check that we left on the counter. I won't resort to name-calling of a customer. I wish you well and am glad that you're satisfied. We weren't and are sharing our opinion and experience. YMMV and there's plenty of other housekeepers to choose from. We're voting with our wallet."
