Alexis was on time and incredibly personable. When her counterpart was facing a family emergency, Grace, the owner arrived and cleaned with her. They were both so detail oriented and we were delighted with how everything looked and smelled. Highly recommended their service."

"Made a appointment for deep clean, after many sent photos up close and entire rooms, sparkle quoted 400$ and said they need 4-7 hours and suggested a time. The technitian arrived exactly on time. Greeted, I showed her the 3 rooms (my home is 650sq ft), told her as discussed with the owner not to clean the shower and there isn't much to do at all in the 1 bedroom, there's no dishes, laundry, upholstery, or even grout cleaning that needs done and nothing needed moved. Mostly concerned the fine built up dust and grime on the walls/baseboards/edges and verticles. They asked to go to work and start in x area and I left them alone, went outside to have lunch on my patio. 30 min later they ask me to look at a area they finished and I say it's fine no problem, then she followed up and said "we don't have enough time to do this today we need a deep clean". Im confused now I spoke with the owner and scheduled a deep clean quoted roughly 400$. The technitian got confused, called the owner and said she had to leave, no charge. Still confused i call the owner and she says they are book up 3 weeks, I say okay ill wait its gotta be done (I work 72 hours a week I'm just looking for help). The owner then just says "sorry we can't help you". Now I'm REALLY confused. I ask why, did I gross you out or offend your tech, And she continues to apologize for the inconvenience without any explanation why they walked out when I didn't expect any perfection, was quoted for up to 7 hours, and I left them completely alone after introduction. Im just puzzled."
