I’ve ultimately decided to change companies due to multiple large price increases over the past year, but I can’t give this company any less than 5 stars, because Tommy is great and the office staff is always kind as well."

"I had an automatic control valve problem. The Aqua Doc technican (John) diagnosed the problem and performed corrective maintenance to fix it. Strong technical knowledge and customer service focused. I appreciate the service."

"This is how the pool Technician left my pool after service. He said he vacuumed the pool. I have complained for 9 months about him not doing his job properly.He never leaves a service card so we can never check his work. I’ve had to go behind him and vacuum the pool, clean the pool filter empty out skim baskets all while I’m paying them $130 for him to a horrible job. When I complained they get loud with me and the attitude is you get what you get. Then they want extra money to fix the problems caused by their technician not doing his job. While trying to blame me for the problems. No one know how the owner is or how to get touch with them. The manager never calls back. They do not care about the customer. They can even fix their mistakes."

"Aqua Doc Pool Clinic is amazing. The pool pump wasn't working at my father's home. He had recently passed and my sister and I, who live out of state, were trying to repair all that needed repairing while we were in Venice. We had originally thought the pump needed to be replaced and received a quote from Marsha. Within one day she had a pool tech come to the house and he was able to repair it for only $111! What a relief. They went above and beyond to get the pool repaired while we were still in town. Thank you!"

"Tempting to give it just 2 stars, but would be unfair for the crew that did the re-surface. They were hard workers and did a fantastic job. The rest of that company is in the 1-Star range, especially the office stuff. The Sale guy Jack was professional and promised the hell out of the job. I was given a start date that was moved by a few days. The crew made a royal mess in the pool area, but didn't clean it up. After the pool was re-surfaced and filled they requested another check. The pool area was still a mess and the only answer that we got is: It's a construction zone and eventually we will get to it to clean. Really? Even as the chemistry is now good, they never showed to clean up. The total kicker with this company is, you call and you end up somewhere in Asia. The gal knows nothing and you may get a call back from the office in FL. Fazit: Don't expect them to show up on the given date. Don't expect to use your pool area for at least 4 weeks and don't expect to get someone from the FL office on the phone when you call. I was a 1 time experience for me, so I still have to find a reliable company for all the other homes that we manage. Too bad."
