"This cleaning service was highly recommended by a mutual friend, with the promise of the owner going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Intrigued by this, I decided to give them a chance. Following the initial deep cleaning, which lasted over three hours, I was initially impressed, thinking I had finally found the right service. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, I discovered some easily accessible spots that had been completely overlooked. I promptly reached out to the owner, providing them with pictures and videos of the areas that had been missed. Surprisingly, there was no effort made to rectify these issues; instead, I received the bill. Despite this initial disappointment, I decided to give them a second chance thinking they would redeem themselves. To my dismay, they once again overlooked the same spots that I had pointed out previously, and there was still no attempt to address the situation. I maintained constant communication with the owner, once again providing pictures and video evidence expressing my dissatisfaction with the quality of their cleaning services and insisting that the issues be resolved before I made any payment. I even extended her the invitation to stop by for closer inspection but no luck. It was a situation that could have been easily rectified, but it appeared that their priority was collecting payment rather than delivering on their promise of thorough cleaning. Regrettably, I have decided not to use this service again, and I would caution potential clients to thoroughly inspect the work to ensure it meets their expectations."
