"Dropped my daughter's pants off on Tuesday for pickup on Thursday. They call at noon on Thursday to say they can not complete the alterations. The pants were needed for Friday. They told me I can pick them up at the plant on the opposite side of town that I live on or I can wait until 5:30. Cindy who answered the phone advised that she is the top of the food chain and all decisions stop with her. Poor customer service and no Cindy is not the top, Cindy has a boss and they will be notified also."
