"Our travertine floor looks MUCH better! Had 2 guys spend over 3 hours on it. I am impressed with how clean it got considering how dirty it was! There were a few parts that didn't come as clean, but I don't believe that was any fault of theirs. Our house smelled so good when I got home too. I did take off 1 star however because they must have ran the machine into our baseboard and cabinet. Now, we have 3 dogs and 2 kids so definitely not a pristine house however I know some people have much nicer things and would probably be upset if their cabinets or baseboards were damaged so I think it's worth mentioning. I am not mad and would still hire them again!"
