They have very little integrity and can't be trusted to make a simple phone call when agreed upon. They sent a text instead of calling and said they would call before 5pm on 25 January. They never called and based on prior reviews this type of untrustworthiness has happened numerous times."

I was then told he would call to either work me in or reschedule…. It’s been 3 days, nothing!! I was trying not to use the big names but … now I’m skeptical of anything less."
