I bought a house and wanted a DEEP cleaning before moving in. I searched our area and came across this company on FB. She has great reviews so I decided to go with her. After making my choice she informed me that I would have to pay upfront. I questioned this and she stated it’s because she has $7000 in outstanding invoices. I told her that I understood and agreed to pay upfront. BIG MISTAKE. The crew arrived on 5/11/19 around 2 pm. Once they were “done” I checked everything rather quickly so they could be on their way since it was a Saturday and I figured the crew was anxious to get out of work. BIG MISTAKE!! Please see attached pictures as they will speak for themselves. I should have checked reviews on Angie’s List first! Update to owner's response....You can clearly see the date and time stamp on the pictures I posted. We didn't move into the home for 8 days after the cleaning, which is when I started to notice even more filth, as clearly stated in my message to you which is posted in my pictures. I did not ask for a complete refund. I asked for a partial refund and, in addition, gave you the opportunity to propose what you thought was a fair amount. You quickly declined and stated that you do not give refunds. It was not until I said I was going to post the pictures and a review that you offered me $25.00 of the $225.00 that I paid you. Your work on this day was well below standards and is unacceptable. I have to assume that since you have $7000.00 in outstanding invoices that your work has been below standard on other occasions as well."
