"I hate to post a negative review, when I have been thrilled with this company for several years. I am at my wits end, and hope I will finally get someone to respond. I received a text, postponing my appt. for window washing until the next day. I responded immediately that it would work, and asked what time. No one texted me back. I called at the end of the day, and the next morning, leaving a message each time. No one called me back. I put my day on hold, in case they arrived during the two hour time block set up for the previous day. No one showed up. I called and left a message again. No one called me back. Today, which is the next day, I sent an email, including my availability next week to reschedule. No one responded. I called a few hours later, and left a message to please respond to my email. No one has called or emailed. Hopefully, this review will get someone's attention."

Each quarter something gets cleaned: vinyl fence, exterior of the house, windows - inside and out, deck, sidewalks, etc. The job they do is great and I'm never disappointed. Rhiannon runs a tight ship. Their communication is spot on and they arrive per our agreement. We've used other pressure wash businesses before but I'm sticking with Shine On Windows going forward."
