Entrusted my cold-weather jackets for cleaning, emphasizing special care due to unique thermal material. Unfortunately, today I wanted to use it and it is completely damaged, it has a rotten smell and it is impossible for anyone to use it., seemingly not dry cleaned as requested. Extremely dissatisfied with the damage caused. Avoid for delicate items."

"This is extremely convenient that it is 24 hours. When an employee was there when I was present they were very nice and helpful, but you can pick up and drop off clothes without anyone present. Fair prices and the dry cleaning has always come out well."

"I am not a fan of automated dry cleaners. I prefer to talk to a live person who can tell me prices and discuss the item of clothing I am bringing in. There was not a list or chart showing the price for dry cleaning a pair of pants, dress, dress shirt etc. This does not allow me to comparison shop. I have to just accept the price I am given when I pick up my item. The girl on the property to help people with the computerized system was nice. I told her that in the time it took to sort out the computer and system to drop of the clothes, she and I would have been long done with the transaction and I would have been told a price. I also am not a fan of automation taking away jobs from humans. I won't be using any of your automated dry cleaners from this point forward. For some people it is probably great, I am old school and prefer in person business."

"Very simple and convenient. My dresses seem clean at first look, but it's a bit pricy, but I guess it makes sense. You pay for the convenience. I think I would use this service for 1 article at a time next time. And use on things that absolutely need the service. There wasn't a worker there when I was there to drop off, so get the hours of the worker if you need someone."
