If you need to reschedule a cleaning appointment, we ask for a 7-day window to lock in a new slot on the schedule. Late reschedule requests may incur a fee, so please plan accordingly. Cancellation fees will also apply if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, as we may have missed an opportunity to fill that spot with another client.
