"Let’s face it - you never think about septic service until you need it, but when you need it, you REALLY need it. Late on a Sunday night, all hell broke loose at my house, the first time I’ve ever dealt with septic issues. I called Rocket a little after 7 am and they told me they would be at my house between noon and 2 PM. Around 10 AM, they roll up.
