"I went to get a plastic bushing, but they had to substitute another bushing for it because they didn't carry part I needed. Ended going to the dealer for the bushing ."
"They have an awesome and very helpful smart staff! Have visited frequently and delt with probably just about all of them an always been satisfied."
"I came here for windshield wiper blades and was able to get what I needed within minutes. The staff was even nice enough to come out and install them for me. I was in and out within about 7 minutes which is pretty impressive in my experience. It usually takes 20 minutes wherever else I've gone. When I need part, I will return here."
"I can't brag enough about these folks. The customer service is a 10. I have never been to an auto part store with such employees. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They sure love what they do. I am grateful for them every time. So is my husband."
"Last winter I took my generator battery to O'Reillys to be tested. They told me it was dead and needed replacing. Was able to jump start the generator from car using the battery but because it also had a pull start I didn't bother with it although I thought you could not jump start with a dead battery. I bought a battery charger a couple of weeks ago and Tuesday charged the 'dead' generator battery. It fully took the charge. Tested the battery this morning and it was still fully charged and was able to start the generator with battery on first try. Never trust auto part stores to test a battery. Seems they all will lie about battery when tested. Auto Zone did the same thing with my car battery a couple of weeks ago. They also received a negative review. Read O'Reilly's response. No way to make up anything. Was told by your associate my battery was dead and I needed a new one {for generator}. Bought a charger and Sunday charged the battery. Tuesday it was still fully charged and I placed in the generator and it started immediately. End of story. Additional info. Checked battery and it is still fully charged. It has been a whole week since I charged it. Stand by my initial review. It needs to be a zero."
