"Because of the reputation of Wayne's Cleaner through the years, I've never had a second thought about looking at my clothes when I picked them up. Today, Easter morning, I decided to put on one of my colorful Lauren Ralph Lauren jackets and to my SURPRISE both of my expensive jackets were ruined. The total value of my jackets are at least $400 to $500. There are bluish, brown and burnt marks all over my jacket. COMPLETELY RUINED!!!!!!!!!! It looks as if the jackets were never washed and someone tried to do a rush job and press the jacket with an unclean machine. I'm Speechless. I will never use this cleaners again."

"Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with these cleaners and *do not* recommend them for any special, delicate, or quality items. I dropped off a pair of black dress pants in like-new condition (only worn twice). When I picked them up, the pants had several small dried stain spots that looked like hardened white glue. They offered and attempted to “dry clean” the pants multiple times to remove the stains. The stains did not come out, however, and the pants are now unwearable. Despite the cleaners damaging the pants, they did not offer to reimburse the cost of the damaged item (receipt with the original purchase price was provided) — they only offered a fraction of cost, which will not cover the cost of replacing the pants unfortunately. Hoping others do not have to go through this experience of receiving damaged clothing or inadequate customer service."
