"Luis certainly pays attention to detail. I was referred to Luis through a flooring company and could not be happier with the service I have received. His prices are fair and his work is top notch. He is very responsive and always does what he says he's going to do. If you are in the Village's or any of the surrounding area you would be lucky to have Luis work on your property. I’ve been asking my property management company for 2 years (since I moved in) to fix my ceiling fan and they have sent others out multiple times only to be disappointed with nothing done. Luis was contracted to come out and not only did he fix the problem but he went out and bought a new one to replace the old one, all in the same day! He was very professional and kind.
