The Servpro team was absolutely wonderful, from my first phone call, to them picking up their equipment today, it was flawless, and actually a pleasant experience. "Thank you Stetson and your Servpro team. Monday, November 27, 2023 at about five in the morning I woke up and heard a hissing sound. A pipe had broken between the wall and the bottom of my toilet tank. My house was flooded. My great room had an inch of standing water. I called a plumber and I called Servpro. I started vacuuming up the standing water using my shop vac. Servpro showed up first and started assessing the damage. I was in a PANIC. After contacting my insurance company and paying the deductible on my policy, Servpro team started cleaning up the water. They removed baseboard that was damaged and a contractor will come to replace it. All of the Servpro guys who showed up were polite, friendly, calm, and professional, in spite of my obvious distress. The team leader’s name was Stetson. Different team members showed up on different days and those were Mr. Willy, Brandon, Tom, and Kristian. Today is Friday and the Servpro team has finished the job at this house. All I can say is they were all wonderful and helped me through a very difficult week. My house is now dry. They removed damaged furniture. And moved undamaged furniture back to the original locations. Addendum – the Servpro guys told me that when they took out my damaged furniture that they would put the contents of my bookcase and desks in boxes. Perhaps they got late approval from my insurance company and didn’t bring the boxes from the warehouse, but they still didn’t put my stuff in boxes. I have been dealing with the contents of my desk and bookcases piled on the floor 3 feet deep. I’m unhappy about that."
