"Edit: spoke with a gentleman name, Todd Hurlburt, who is one of the managers, thinking he would try to work something out. After a full escalation of the issue, he said cool thanks for letting me know, I’ll make sure this doesn’t happen in the future income. And that was it no offer any type of satisfaction, no real apology, nothing. I had a large area rug, rolled up and ready for them to pick up about a month ago. They unrolled it and we discussed any stains and general cleaning that would be performed. They left me a quote that I was happy with. When they dropped it off yesterday they brought it inside and unrolled it and the gentleman said “I see that you have a large hole in the rug”. First of all, this was not there when they picked it up, and we certainly would have mentioned it if it had been. Secondly, if it was there, and we did not discuss, then they should’ve called me before they proceeded with a $330 cleaning fee on a rug I can no longer show in my home. Very disappointing."
