"I called this vendor 5 different times . . . apparently they have never heard of telephone etiquette . . . the first call was answered by a person that just said, "hold on please" . . . that was fine. I then got loud music that played for close to a minute then a recording advising, "we'll be with you shortly" . . . . more music, more waiting, more recordings for a total of 6 times then silence . . . I called back another three times and no one even answered the phone . . . I will never call again."
"I have had a few lanai/pool screen guys come by to clean our pool area and the entire screen... havent been happy to date, then I came across Warren's via a neighbors recommendation.. The are the most professional and the job is TOP NOTCH... a pleasure to know that when they come to do the job, I am finally confident it's being done the way I had always expected. Jason and Sedrick have both now been here and both jobs were perfect... they don't just blow water real hard and blow out screens and paint, they use chlorine to disinfect and clean it all up afterwards... thanks Warren's for a job VERY WELL DONE !!!!"
"I called and talked to Jason to set up a time to go out and give an estimate on a project we had, Which he did. They were scheduled to go out on an Saturday night. When I got back to my office on Monday, I was informed they never showed up for the work. I called Jason multiple times to see what happened. Each and every time I called, he sent it right to voicemail. I just can't understand why people take the effort to drive over there, estimate, call back and say they will set the job up and will be there, then not show up or communicate in any way with clients."
