"I like this location, however I'm trying to cancel my monthly plan and getting the runaround. It is impossible to speak to a live person on the phone or at the corporate address. The account management website can't find my account, however, they are charging me monthly and sending me countless push text notifications. That tells me they have my information somewhere! The customer care email address they provide on their website is invalid. If they don't respond soon, I will be forced to dispute the charges."

"This place used to be great - it’s a joke now. Overpriced - car stays seriously dirty - brushes never touch the right side … guys don’t scrub the bugs off of the front or rear like they used to. Towels always empty and cleaners have to be hunted down … angry the last two visits and swore them off but sadly, they were the closest to our house so I caved. Never again."

"I had some problems before with using the sticker on the windshield to scan in for my monthly membership. Today when the scan had denied me access again, one of the employees had come over and stated that he would go and check on the problem for me. After my car wash & getting ready to vacuum, he had fixed the problem and now I am able to scan my windshield with no problems. They have given me excellent customer service with quick efficiency."

"I was kindly helped by the employee Ken at this location. Not sure if he’s the new manager but he helped wipe down my tires while I vacuumed. As a local, I love being about to pop in any day for a small monthly fee! Thanks guys!"
