"These guys are the professionals you want to install your gutters. My fiancée and I recently had Chandler and his team come out and perform a full gutter installation on our waterfront home. We could not be more pleased with the service. From the initial phone call, Chandler was extremely courteous, professional and timely. We had previously obtained another gutter estimate from a competitor, and it lacked so many details, we could not be certain they had properly captured the scope of work. We had the opposite experience with Mako. Chandler drew up a plan view sketch of the work to be performed along with detailed notes. As we described our intent, he took notes and we discussed options that would meet our needs. Once we had discussed the entire scope of work, he gave us a copy of the sketch and notes as well as a timeline to complete the cost estimate, which we received as promised. Chandler stopped by on a separate occasion to discuss color options. We decided on a two-tone installation for the gutters and down spouts to match our fascia and stucco. They had a good selection of color choices. There were some initial weather delays, but once the weather was favorable his installation team arrived at our property ready to work. No one on his team used tobacco on our property, which we appreciated. They completed the job quickly, but with a lot of care. None of the gutter sections were bent or scratched. There were no pieces of debris, fasteners or trash left on our property, and they were careful with our landscaping. We can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship. The edges of our metal roof are at slightly different levels at several junction points, and his team carefully cut and customized several pieces to ensure the gutters were not only functional, but aesthetically pleasing. The joints were sealed at every end cap and seam with high quality sealants. The down spouts were placed at locations and angles that ensured our motion sensing lights worked properly, and they even installed a drainage pipe and extruder to prevent erosion in one of our flower beds. We had a few minor add-ons such as leaf shields for two sections of the gutters and an additional downspout, but he quickly gave us reasonable pricing for these items as well. When the job was finished, we paid exactly what we agreed to pay. He explained the warranty terms and gave us the assurance they stand by their products and installation. Our overall experience with Mako Gutters was excellent. Great service, reasonable pricing and great workmanship. We highly recommend their services."

"Very pleased with getting my gutters cleaned and gutter guards put on. Chandler came out and gave me a reasonable quote and recommendation on the types of different gutter guards. I asked if they could do a split inside the gutter since I live in a duplex and they did a great job of doing exactly what I wanted. I put a lot of trust in them because during the quote and the install I was never home due to being out of town.
