"Lacks customer service, instead of receiving genuine feedback to improve service. For example, common items should be paired, i.e., Suit pants and jackets valued at $1k as opposed to being clustered and unorganized to save on plastics. Made it really difficult to confirm all items at pickup. The male employee there was very confrontational over a comment stating the issue. Decided to argue a point and call the customer nik-picky and when emphasizing that it's competition/common practice for a dry-cleaning service to pair the items to alleviate confusion. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the service at pickup and the lack of consideration towards their customers."
