She’s being reported to the Better Business Bureau do what is right and return everything. Not to mention the shop is super dirty and you will not get what you paid her for. "Went to Barbie for piercings in my two 14 yr old sons ears and my nostril piercing. She was fantastic!! The boys were so nervous and she was patient and reassuring with the perfect amount of humor to make it a great experience. For myself I’ve had piercings done a few times but so far this was the best experience. She is clearly experienced. The shop is clean and well managed. We will be back!"
