"DO NOT GO HERE! Visited Miami out of state on vacation, went to Empire Ink with confidence left with a botched tattoo. This is my tattoo ONE WEEK after getting it done. Work by Armando, highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Spoke with management and was told this issue would be resolved by their boss. Received an email the next day stating the tattoo isn’t fully healed & whenever I return to Miami I could come in to get it “touched up.” Imagine paying over $100 for something so simple and for it to go so wrong. Beyond frustrating when a “business” does not take accountability for their mistakes, especially in the involvement of permanently marking one’s body."
"Boogie was my tattoo artist and he did a phenomenal job on this! Super light-handed and he got it done so quick but so clean. The lines are incredibly straight, can’t believe how good it looks. Hands down my favorite tattoo that I have so far. The whole tattoo shop was a vibe. Every staff member there was so friendly and made this whole experience fun and memorable. Rating it as 5 stars is an understatement! This shop deserves at least 10 stars!!"
