"I recently stayed at the Hilton Orlando and overall, it was a disappointing experience. Let's start with the parking situation. The parking lot is located 5-10 minute (walk) away from the main entrance, which is inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. Additionally, there are steep flights of stairs unless you take the longer route. I highly recommend dropping off your luggage at the front before parking. I opted not to use the valet service due to a lack of trust in people handling my car. Furthermore, the toilet in the room made an extremely loud and unpleasant noise, particularly at night. Closing the bathroom door helped mitigate the noise, but it was still disruptive. I woke up multiple times. The layout of the corner rooms is poorly designed, with doors positioned too close to each other. This often led to awkward encounters with other guests exiting their rooms. Moreover, the hotel room had a lingering strange smell, and everything felt outdated. The place is far from luxurious. It wasn’t worth my total of $700 for 3 nights. Despite the high cost, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. The noise from other guests and activities in the common areas can be quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, I would advise requesting a room away from the center or considering alternative accommodations The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location. However, the high price does not justify the subpar experience. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options. As for me I will not be going back."

"Check in was great and the staff were so nice and helpful. The amenities are great, and I especially appreciated the quick service restaurant. The best part, and what really made it a great value, were the shuttles and early park entry! It was also a very easy walk to Disney Springs. Definitely staying here when we come to Disney again. Oh and the view of Disney springs and the sunset was great!!! Stunning! Something to note is they placed a hold for $150 and another mystery hold for around $80, but they did reimburse both within a few days. Not a dealbreaker for us, but something to be aware of."

"We had an excellent stay this past December at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. The location is very convenient to Disney. They have a reliable shuttle to the parks that we used both days we went to the parks. All of the hotel staff was wonderful. Elizabeth at the front desk was super helpful in guiding me on how to use the resources at the hotel to ensure our successful stay and visit to the Disney parks while there. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job maintaining our room as I requested. Thank you. We will be back!"

"Great hotel to stay in for Disney family vacation. They have shuttle service to the Disney parks, and about 10 min walk to Disney springs. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful! I originally was going to purchase Disney tickets on the Disney website, but there were some technical difficulties. I tried the hotel concierge, and had Jenna who helped me out with booking tickets. She was very helpful and informative! Restaurant was also great and convenient. Definitely coming back!"

"Great location, walkable distance to Disney Springs. Has complimentary shuttles ro the Disney Parks. The pool area is nice. The breakfast buffet is also very good. The staff throughout the whole hotel was very friendly and helpful. There is a whole to-go food area to buy quick food on the go at any time of the day, which we found very convenient. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old. They also knocked on our door at 9am telling us to check out which was a bit weird given that checkout was at 11am."
