They were able to get an appointment for my daughter within a couple hours. Michael is extremely skilled and talented and takes his work seriously. He is gentle and kind. I really enjoyed our conversation and could tell he is an honest, open hearted person. My daughter said she didn’t even feel her ears being pierced at all.
