I work in customer service, that was definitely NOT customer service. Then, when I call to see if my RX is ready the day it was promised, I get told, "we don't have it in Stock" .... AND NOONE COULD CALL TO TELL ME!? The system is completely dysfunctional! I will no longer be using this pharmacy, I will go out of my way and go to the other one. Don't ever ask them for a manager, because, apparently, whoever is the pharmacist on duty, is the manager. This place is a zoo!"
