"I've always had a good experience with the pharmacists there. They are really great. But had a recent experience with a pharmacy tech & it wasn't positive. Not only did she relay wrong info over the phone, she seemed to not be very compassionate at all. When I came to pick up my meds, she checked me out. I was pleasant at 1st w her even though I was in so much pain. I don't have anyone else to pick up my meds & needed the antibiotic asap. I also had 3 other items I picked up & asked if she could ring these up also. There was NOBODY in line or waiting. There was also a pharmacist there. She replied, "no I can't bc I'm all alone". Really? 3 items for someone who's sick & in pain... you can't ring up 3 items? And, no, you weren't alone bc the pharmacist was there. She was rude & I did say that would have been nice to not have to go through another line being this sick. I'm not sure I want to use this pharmacy anymore solely bc of that terrible woman."
