"I trusted Alex to do a great job on a large tattoo that was very important to me. Instead, I felt completely disrespected by him once work started. He was doing a chest piece that I couldn’t see while he worked. At two hours, I was up for a break and saw the coyote Alex was supposed to be working on looked like a shaggy wolf. On returning to the table, I saw Alex’s iPad had his own picture of a wolf rather than the coyote photo I had given him. When I complained, his response was “Wolf, coyote, whatever”. Covid has made it difficult for me to get this tattoo covered and repaired. I see this tattoo daily and feel Alex Lugo’s disrespect for me daily. I think his potential as an artist is destroyed by his choice to be a lousy human."
