"This bad review is dedicated to bad customer service given by the pharmacists Adam. I asked a simple question "Could you check if you have anymore of this vitamins in the back ? The 3 being displayed are damaged and melted." This question was asked in English and seeing as he seemed to not understand or hear me I asked again and then asked him if he spoke Spanish, thinking he might understand me better. He answered "No" to speaking Spanish....even though him and the female customer in front of me were just speaking it. He didn't even double-check in the computer or with his colleague about it. I double checked with customer service after I informed them of the communication issue and they were kind enough to check in their system. Communication is an important, especially when you lie and say you don't speak a language when I was only trying to facilitate the communication."
