Lucky You Tattoo

"Booked a session with Daryna Martines for February 15th about a month in advance. I gave her ideas of what I wanted and paid a $100 deposit. Daryna said she would have a design ready for me in the coming weeks. I didn’t receive anything from her until February 12th. She asked for my input on the design and welcomed editing suggestions, however, when I provided my feedback she said: “Let’s just cancel this project then”. She did apologize and acknowledge that she overbooked and made me wait too long for the design, but it was a huge inconvenience. I had already taken the day off work for the tattoo. Now I’ll have to find a new artist who will likely have a waiting list as well. I did get my deposit back but I’m very disappointed. Such an unprofessional experience."

"They listen to what the client is looking for. Make suggestions as well as provide advice about the work and the location of where the tattoo will go. Not pushy like other shops I have experienced. Between my daughter and myself, have had several tattoos done. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend."

"I just got a tat done here today, and the experience was enough to make me want to fly down to Florida just to get another from Craig. I had a good chat with him, watched a movie while it was done, and even my friends who dropped me off were treated like rockstars. Even though they weren't getting tatted, they couldn't stop talking about how they had a good experience with everyone and felt welcomed. I was just as relaxed as them with their environment. It's a chill space that also doubles as a music venue. If you've ever felt nervous and intimidated walking into a shop and you never want that again, this is the place for you."
