"I took my daughter in on June 9 to get some stuff for her birthday. There was one lady working, but somehow she managed to help every single person in the store AND found out what my daughter likes and gave many recommendations! Thank you for being so sweet and helpful! Great customer service!"

"I had my daughter pick out her birthday gift at Claire’s in Walmart. I did not notice until I looked at my receipt that I was charged more than what is on the price tag. I brought it to the attention of the “manager on duty” and she said there was nothing she could do and it was ok that it was a different price. I told her that she should update the prices on the other backpacks and she informed me that it was ok that it was different because she goes by the price it rings up. That is false advertising and she should be trained on how to handle these situations but she disagreed. She was rude and too busy playing on her phone. I plan on calling corporate about the issue."

"Shannon was very knowledgeable about ear piercings and different body jewelry, helped me pick out the correct nose jewelry and labrets. She talked my daughter through her first piercing. They were able to do both sides at the same time which cut down on her anxiety. Lisa was very kind and helpful with earrings for after its healed. Went in a few days later and Haley was able to help us find hair accessories and jewelry for a birthday party. Thank you to the girls of claires deland for such a great and enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back for a cartilage piercing soon and more shopping."
