"My wife and I went in as absolute tattoo virgins (1st one for each of us) and chose Underground because of the incredible reviews we read. I feel very comfortable saying 5 ⭐️ is not giving them enough credit for all aspects of their operation. Upon arriving they were booked for the evening and we were ok with the fact that perhaps we’d have to return at a later date. The young lady running front of house (Angel I believe) asked why we came in and we let her know that it was an emotional decision based on recent personal events. She asked us to give her a moment so she could make a call. 3 minutes later the artist, Dido Lima, returned and sat with us to help us realize our dream designs and fit us into the schedule right then and there! About 90 minutes later, we both had our 1st ever pieces of skin art and we couldn’t be more impressed with everything! Professionalism, cleanliness, kindness, understanding and a level of pride that we chose him to help our vision become reality forever! My beloved Bride went to hug and thank him and he stopped her and said “No! Thank you for letting me help you”. We cannot thank it recommend Underground in enough ways! We will very likely be back!"
