"BEWARE Terrible experience… My wife bought me a drone for my birthday. I found it too difficult to operate. I tried to return it for a more simple model 2 days later but they denied my return because it was used. The manager was also rude and had an attitude.. waving her hand in my face and telling me I slammed the drone into something! This is a shame bc they just opened this location. I won’t be shopping here ever again and highly caution anyone and understand they have an unfriendly return policy!"

"They had quite a nice stock and variety of Gunpla which was the main reason I went there, I had heard good things about these stores and I was not disappointed. They had a great selection of perfect grade Gunpla and quite a few of the Master Grade Extreme Unicorn Gundam ver. ka for a very fair price, if you've been looking for this kit drop by and check them out. They've got quite a few other Ver Ka kits, Master Grades galore and plenty of HG and RG kits, and Gundam markers."

"Super disappointed in this store and will no longer give them business. After doing extensive research on a trx4 F150 high country and visiting the store multiple times we purchased $800 truck, additional batteries etc for our son for his birthday. We told the guy he wanted blue, assumed we had the right one as 2 sides of the box show a blue one and one side shows brown until he opened it on his birthday and as soon as he pulled it out we saw it was black. We immediately put it back in the box didn’t even take plastic off or anything. My husband stepped away from his birthday party on a Sunday and called the shop. Instead of trying to rectify the situation for an 8 year old on his birthday they just wanted to reiterate they don’t take returns. This was not our error this was not a return we simply wanted to exchange for the blue one my son wanted. Super disappointed in the lack of concern or customer service. * photos of box for reference"
