"Do not stay here the rooms are so old, dated, smell musty!! My original room smelled like pure weed!! I requested another room and it smelled so musty like old cigarette smoke the floors creeped, the rooms and carpets need a full upgrade!! I was originally staying for two nights and ended up just staying one!! I refused to walk around barefoot just felt so disgusting in the room, the blankets had cigarette burns in them just nasty!!!"

"We stayed here because our son and his family was also staying here while he was in town for a work project. The outside and parking areas and office area was in ok shape. Our room however was outdated and not overly clean. We had to ask someone to come and work on the bathroom door as we could barely move it. They did try and fix it, but it is still not completely repaired. The hotel is also very loud very early every morning. So it is hard to get a good nights sleep."

"I went to the Sarasota art walk today and was able to book a last-minute hotel room. I loved that it was on the first floor. My vehicle was in front of the room and the room was very clean. There was no carpet so if that’s what you’re looking for this is a great option. It is a no-frills get the job done Hotel."

"i was super pleased with my stay here. I was expecting less because the of the room rate but not the case. The gentleman checking me in was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me to get a stellar rate with my points! The room was extremely nice and clean as a whistle. I was surprised when checking in that the there was hot coffee and juice available at 4pm (major bonus for me since I was in desperate need of caffeine!). I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!"

"Good mid level motel. Pretty standard stay. Room was clean, staff was nice and my stay was pleasant. The location kinda sucks as there is nothing within walking distance but a good mid level Italian restaurant and a Goodwill. Nothing great but nothing bad either."
