"Thule cut my hair and I felt butchered and not heard. She may be able to cut mens hair but she does not know how to cut a Bob. She stated a blunt cut is the same as a Bob. That is patently ridiculous. I specifically said do not give me a blunt cut. Cut it to turn under as a Bob cut. It was also completely uneven on all sides. I let her try to fix it the following week and she did not rectify, rather made it worse. She Cuts fast and carelessly. She talks down to you like you don’t know how to blow dry or style your own hair. Like I haven’t had hundreds of haircuts in my long life. Avoid her and this place at all costs."
