"I sat there for 15-20 mins waiting for someone to help me No one welcomed me or asked me for my name, if I had an appointment or what I was looking to get. Mind you it was completely EMPTY Then a blonde American lady comes and the hair dresser she was quick to say hi welcome can I help you. I felt discriminated, no one seemed to want to assist me and I sat there being ignored the entire time. Finally I walk up to her and ask her if she can help me I had a question. I asked her if they are able to help me remove some orange from my hair with a toner or a gloss. She proceeded to tell me sorry they don’t carry the products for that process and to go try else or that I’m welcome buy a shampoo from them."
