"Had a bad customer experience this morning. Came in at 9:05 am. There was one barber and one customer. Receptionist took my name and said "you're next". Customer left at 9:20 am. At 9:25 am the receptionist told me that the barber had a 9:30 appointment and that I would have to wait until after that appointment. No apology, no effort to accommodate me in any way."
"Chris is the most miserable barber I have ever met. Every time I go there. Always rude. Today he went to adjust the window blinds behind the seat I was waiting in. The blinds visibly hit me in the back of the head. Chris looked at me then walked away, no apologies or anything. I walked out on my appointment, no one seemed to care. I will NEVER be back due to Chris and I will share my thoughts with the residents and friends I have in Century Village East where i live who go there, and I was referred by one to use you, my mistake. I should have learned my lesson a while ago. Ryan was off today and i was relegated to Chris. Absolutely rude and unacceptable. Chris needs a lesson in customer service."
