"Don't send anything to your family here. Is a gotcha. I sent 2 packages in March and it arrived October 26 in Havana. I exchanged the packets of coffee for a can of Spam and the shampoo for a small amount of dishwashing detergent. Besides saying the shipping was fast, they changed things to what suited them. That's a lack of respect! I give 1 star because to give an opinion I have to give something."
