"The main store staff are very nice. For prescriptions avoid to go to this place. The worst."
"The main store is great, but I will be moving my prescriptions after my nightmarish experience here. First of all, they don't answer their phones. I've tried numerous times to reach them due to errors (yes, ERRORS) they have made either due to prescriptions they have not ordered or prescriptions they filled improperly, and they rarely answer the phone. I've needed to call the main store, have them forward the call to the pharmacy and pick it up there to then be able to speak to a pharmacist. I have a number of prescriptions that are medications not normally held in stock at pharmacies. That does not make my needs any less critical than any other patient. I'm absolutely ASTOUNDED by their lack of respect and urgency. REPEATEDLY, they do not order my refills in a timely manner, putting my life at risk. When a customer has an automatic refill, the pharmacy should be ordering the medication BEFORE the prescription is due for refill, so it's in-stock when it's due. I transferred my prescriptions here in January. I've been on these medications for years and I've NEVER had the problems I've had here. I will say this. The store manager is wonderful and does intervene and help when she is notified of an issue, but she should not need to be involved as frequently as I've needed her. Additionally, one of the pharmacists (I don't know if he's the pharmacy manager) is incredibly controlling. Amongst other things, he refused to mail a prescription until he checked if this obviously post-menopausal woman was pregnant. I've been post-menopausal for a decade, which is rather obvious based upon my age. I've been on this medication for five years and have never had a pharmacy refuse to send it to me without this check. I requested it be mailed on a Friday. They didn't get to it, so then it waited through the weekend until Monday. I thought nothing of it. I then received a phone call at 4:30 asking if I was pregnant. The order didn't go out until TUESDAY. An order I requested sent on Friday was sent on Tuesday, so he could ask if a post-menopausal woman was pregnant. I assured him that I never would be pregnant, so I would not have future problems. He told me he would not fill my prescription without asking this question every time. Then, today, when I went to pickup a prescription that needed to be fixed (unrelated to the other), I asked to see the order to ensure it was correct, something the store manager told me I should ALWAYS do. The pharmacist held onto the bag and would not let me look inside until I put in my phone number. Again, I asked if I could see it before completing the transaction. He pulled out one bottle, showed it to me and said, "There are six bottles". AGAIN, I asked, "Can I please see the bag?" What is wrong with this guy?!?! Did he think I would grab the bag and run through the store, even though they have cameras, I already gave him my info AND it was a $0 prescription? I was doing EXACTLY what the store manager told me to do to avoid the problems I've repeatedly had. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy, but go to the store. They have a great manager."
"Clean store, people are nice and very helpful."
