"Horrible service in drive thru today. I called yesterday for my prescription and it turns out that my insurance didn’t cover but I had a coupon, when I call the pharmacy I spoke with a lady and she not only honored me the coupon but also informed me that she had a store coupon that would help me out best and she would apply it. When I went tonight the person in drive thru was very rude and said it didn’t have any coupons available, luckily I had mine and gave it to her but she said there is no such a thing as a store coupon and there is none for your meds. I’m changing pharmacy! Awful people working there."
"CVS always delivers a great experience, friendly staff, clean stores, easy self checkout and great prices, especially when using the CVS digital card. I always seek out CVS for pharmacy and personal care products."
"Let's talk about the pharmacy tech MARIA, she's very rude and maybe she needs to look for another profession. Definitely one that she is not involved in dealing with the customers!!! Maybe cvs has some customer service training!!! look i,t"
"I moved here two years ago and started going to the Cvs. Why I stayed here two years I don’t know why I guess it was just convenient because it was so close to where I live. Do not go to the CVS. They don’t vacuum at all when I asked them why they don’t vacuum their response was with this type of carpet, if we use the vacuum, it just gets clogged which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of considering you walk into other CVS drug stores and the store is immaculate and the floor is always vacuumed. I’ve had one issue after another with people working in the pharmacy but today , this particular pharmacist went off on me for no apparent reason. I was asking him if they were using my new Florida insurance or using my Michigan insurance and he just started yelling at me. I went and told the manager Jessica who I’ve often spoken to she’s super nice and while I was talking to her another customer was there talking to her as well, and he told me he had the same experience with the pharmacy and he no longer uses , your pharmacy! I will be transferring all my prescriptions and no longer ever years Cvs ! Also, one time I went to pick up a prescription and I went to set my purse down on the counter. This was about maybe six months ago, and there was ants, crawling all over the counter , and when I mentioned it to the people behind the pharmacy, it didn’t seem to bother them at all and they tried to tell me that they had an exterminator come out several days ago and there was nothing they can do"
"I have always gone to the CVS on Wiles and Riverside until they closed. This location was the closest to me. I have experienced nothing but poor customer service. Particularly in the pharmacy. They are understaffed and typically only have one person working in the pharmacy. Whether you wait in line inside or in the drive thru your minimum wait time is normally anywhere from 20-30 minutes. I have received messages notifying me that my prescriptions were ready and when I arrived they were not. The staff is really not knowledgeable and should be better trained. Additionally, they close earlier than they are supposed to according to their hours of operation. This has happened on several occasions. I realize people want to go home, but there are people that are just getting off work who need their medication. If this was just one occurrence or a one time experience I wouldn’t post a review, but it hasn’t been. I want to add that there were times I was out of medications that cannot be missed and they didn’t have my prescriptions ready, but never informed me. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technician (who was practically a child) told me to go to Urgent Care to the ER to obtain refills. When an individual is being treated with any psychotropic medication or anti anxiety medication the pharmacist should know that you can’t miss doses for 1 day let alone 3 days. As a result I had to endure the side effects due to lack of medication. It’s unethical, immoral and illegal. At least a few days should be provided until it can be verified with the doctor and/or the insurance company. Obviously something really needs to modified at this location. Please take into consideration that you are dealing with people who have illnesses and some empathy and respect should be first and foremost."
