"Only docking a star because a lot of stuff needed to be restocked but that wasn't the employees fault. They just didn't even have the shipments. Other than that everyone was extremely nice and helpful, it was nice and cold in the store. Seemed clean enough. Everything was in the price range I expected it to be and they had a pretty good selection of stuff al-bait not as extensive as the dollar general, this is convenient and close and it's almost the same thing as the "DG". Similar items, similarly priced. Got almost everything I was out for."

"Just got off the Train. I was thirsty and needed drink and snacks. I got about 15 feet into the store up front by the snacks. Excuse me, please leave your bags up front. So, immediately I'm stealing??"

"This is a very busy store the staff does there best to attend all customers. NOT everyone can be please they try hard with the small staff.."

"Give or take it’s been about three months I thought the store was coming together well with the person that they hired come to find out she moved to another store now the person that was running it before is now in charge again Big mistake Soon as you walk in the store has an odor The floors are always filthy and so is the restroom The isles are always on organized and never in the right place Can never find the right price or tag for the merchandise Boxes are everywhere always because no one finishes the job There’s never enough cashiers And they’re always acting rude and have no customer service skills And they’re a knowledgeable about products in their store and about pricing This family dollar is always packed there is money brought in all ways especially there’s a laundromat next-door and all the laundry products or bought up And because of this I would think that this store would be represented better than what it has Manager Jessica , I asked her for a price check and was just talking to her I wasn’t rude or unpleasant at all and I turned around and she is literally having a panic attack and bawling because she can no longer emotionally do her job because of the pressure that is put on her! The Store manager Alex has not been doing their job and keeping the store maintained employees are not trained properly and the store is just repulsive The DM manager Amanda definitely needs to be assisted on hiring proper employees to do the job also needs to be retrained on how to do her job this is ridiculous I shouldn’t have to drive out of my way just to go to Family Dollar!!!
