"This is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I arrived New Years Day at 4:55 pm and the rude manager refused to fill my prescription for amoxicillin and cough medicine. He said they were closing early at 5 pm. I said it wasn’t 5 pm yet and he told me to drive 30 minutes out to another location. This all occurred after cashier pretended not to understand my prescription. Not to mention, I came here two years ago and the same rude employee told me my ivermectin prescription for COVID-19 was on back order, offering me no information for another pharmacy where I could find it. When you go to a pharmacy, it’s because you are sick and need medicine. Don’t refuse service within business hours. Do better."

"I regularly use this pharmacy to pick up my medicine and shop conveniently. I changed the store, in a good way since the new manager took over, I feel more at ease the new staff are more helpful and the store is cleaner. I think the store has more potential, given its location. With better incentives, I am sure the employees will go above and beyond which intern will attract customers and keep customers regular."

"Awful location. Went in to return an item that broke two days after i bought it. Showed my electronic receipt and they didn’t know how to scan it and so lazy Albert says “man that’s a long time to return something”…as if lazy Albert’s opinion of me just moving here and not returning it the minute it broke knowing I had 2 months to bring it to a location would somehow prove I should not get a refund or make up for the fact he was too dumb to figure it out. I said “I don’t care about your opinion when it says right here I have until December 7th to return it so I could actually wait another two weeks if I feel like it “ lazy Albert. Get an education. Is this an assistant manager? He rudely told me “man you gotta see the manager. And he ain’t in”. Your cvs is garbage. Hire some normal people"

"This CVS in WPB is awful. I went in yesterday to purchase several items I needed. There were about ten other customers in the store and three employees walking around. I found most of the items I was looking for (toothpaste, shampoo, vitamins, etc.) and headed to the registers. No employees at the registers. I stood there for a couple of minutes when one of the employees walked up and said “Go to the self-check-out.” Her tone and demeanor were both hostile. I began to check myself out while she stood like a security guard next to me making sure I scanned everything. The checkout simply stopped working a couple of times and she had to scan some sort of ID. Her demeanor remained hostile and annoyed. My total purchase was almost $170 and I am a Carepass customer. CVS needs to do something about this store, I know I won’t go back to this store again. Awful attitude towards customers from the employees there."

"THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP!!! It is incredibile what a nasty place, extremely dirty everywere and very rude and how unprofessional pharmacy employees they have! Jake - the pharmacy manager who aso gives covid shots does not have any clue about what he is doing. I was schedulled for my covid vaccine and I asked one single basic question that he did not knew the answer. Then I decided that would not be the right place to take my vaccine. And guess what, before I left i had my online covid shot record updated with hour , left arm, and all other details about my vaccine WITHOUT ME TAKING A VACCINE. I asked him how is this possible and he blocked my cvs account and deleted all my cvs online vaccination records. Unbeliveable! The only way that I would advise anyone to go to that pharmacy would be only with the police."
