"Where do I begin. Absolutely horrible experience ordering from this Whole Foods. $8000 provisioning order couldn’t have been screwed up more. The delivery driver arrived with no invoice or receipt and I still hadn’t recieved one from the store, then after he’s left I find out they sent and charged me for triple the amount of stuff I ordered on multiple items, and forgot (but still charged for) key items such as red onions. They sent frozen fish and poultry in solid 60 pound blocks one of which I defrosted today to find all $400 of it had gone bad and been refrozen before being sent to us. I had to drive 45 minutes in traffic to return the bread I didn’t order and was embarrassed by the bread girl who led me to believe it was my fault they were going to have to donate all the bread I was returning. I’ve tried getting ahold of the employees I placed the order with multiple times via email with no response. Spoke to a manager the other day who apologized and said they would refund for the onions and would have the guy I was originally working with call me to resolve issues. Still no call and no refund. Literally could not have had a worse experience and there are still multiple problems I left out of this review."

"This is my favorite Whole Foods location. We go frequently. Our staff enjoys the food choices and cleanliness. During Thanksgiving and the holiday season… throughout the rush of customers, the following staff members have been consistently delivering efficient and friendly services: Nashan Fabiola Karen Brittany Cathy Jesus Peter Chris Dayna If you see them in the store, ask them for help with anything and report your feedback. "We went in October and walked into a pleasant atmosphere. This Wholefoods was clean, organized, spacious and fully stocked. Employees were happy to help, everything was fresh, and I got everything I needed plus more. Overall, this was a pleasant experience and we will be shopping at this particular Wholefoods again as it is the best one we have been to by far."

"Amazing experience. The store is huge, it’s sparkling clean, and the employees were mostly friendly. The store was very well stocked and we could find every single item we went looking for. There’s ample space for people and carts. And lots of outdoor seating space. Each department is neatly arranged and well maintained. New favorite store in the area!"
