"I normally get a text message before I can even leave the doctors office letting me know I have request for medication. I didnt get one so I called the pharmacy and was told that I wasn't signed up to receive text. I told the representative that was not true and she proceeds to say it is and then tells me I have 2 accounts in which I never made. However, this is not the first time I was meet with a disgusting attitude from this staff when I have told them about services in use to receiving. Seems there needs to be an upgrade in training for customer service"
