"I’m gonna write a little note about the cashier, and I’m kicking myself for not knowing her name. As soon as I walked in the door, she greeted me with smiles, and how are you blew me away with her kindness then I needed help she was the only one there she went out of her way to help me find a speaker. This is store 12578. I really really hope you get to acknowledge this cashier because she was definitely an asset to your company. She made me feel like a queen.! i’m gonna take a picture of the receipt. Maybe you can find out who this cashier is because she is phenomenal!"

"Change your hours to 9am-8:45pm. Went in 8/3/23 at around 8:35pm. Associates were talking amongst themselves, didn’t even greet me while I checked out. They’re Apple Pay wasn’t working so I asked if they can hold my item and that I’d be right back. I went to my house not even 2 minutes away to grab my physical card and returned to closed doors and an associate gesturing to me that they’re closed. Literal waste of time, I rather them have told me we’ll be closed by the time you get back so try another store. Poor attitudes and customer service. Will not return."

"I am not a usual Family Dollar shopper, but they carried something that I needed. I bought it, gave the cash, and was supposed to get 90 cents change. I walk to the door and look in my hand, and she only gave me 30 cents (6 nickels). I turn around and go back to the cashier, and without skipping a beat she says "oh we're short of change today.". What? So you just give me $0.60 less than I'm supposed to get and not say a word and hope I don't notice? Then I got an attitude trying to get my proper change. Now you know why I'm not a usual Family Dollar shopper."

"I like this store because it is walking distance from my house. But what I dnt like is the store is supposed to close at 9pm but they are always locking the door at like 20mins to 9. I mean they are nice the store is clean. But I think it is also false advertising when they placed reduced stickers on items and call it there clearance but if you look for the item on the shelf its still the same price so there is no discount. I don't think that is fair."
