"A very nice, clean and very well organized store. With very attentive staff and very good consumer service. Their managers are very kind and friendly. It is an honor to work with a team like this. Congratulations"
"I put online order in on Monday Night for few subs. Was supposed to be ready by 755 pm. I got there, not ready yet. Sub person was making sub for 2 people at moment. The person working deli meat section asked me, told them my name, they asked sub person, not ready yet. So I went to get my other stuff and came back, subs still not ready. Still not made 10 minutes after original time. So I decided just to leave and go home. Don't order subs from here. Can't get them ready ontime.... terrible"
"I am an Eco activist and I will no longer shop here. Even their organic apples are coated in a petroleum-based wax. And on top of that I was disrespected by an employee. I politely asked The fish Guy to wrap my fish in paper and avoid using the plastic since it never bio-degrades and I have plenty of my own bags I can use. He then starts telling me how he was in the military and the biggest problem with waste comes from China and Russia. Not sure why he thought it was appropriate to argue with me, but rather than stating facts and trying to persuade him, I just told him that I do the best I can to lead by example. He had taken a plastic bag to put my fish in but I stopped him from using it before he did anything with it. When I was done and he was giving me the fish he crumpled up the plastic bag to throw it in the garbage. Even though the very reason I avoided taking one was to prevent that. I asked him if he could reuse it and he said he couldn't because it had touched the scale. Which wasn't even true. I cannot guarantee what the man was thinking but based on the smug smile he was giving me and him telling me about his background with the police in the military and how the plastic pollution problem is someone else's, I can only imagine that he saw me as an adversary. It felt like a slap in the face for him to do what he did and I don't like shopping where I am disrespected. Publix get with the times. I'm not the only one who cares to protect our environment. You can do better!"
"Absolutely terrible services here been waiting on my order which was said to be finished at 10:45 and it’s currently 11:05 and they now just starting on my sandwich!! What’s the point of putting a time for these things if you don’t keep them!!!!!"
"I stopped in here for some produce. The store was very clean and staff extremely helpful and very friendly. I got what I needed then browsed the store and they had a large selection of products. I was very impressed with this store."
