"OMG! Where do I begin. Upon entering the store you have people outside begging and money then if you do not have anything to give them then they get aggressive again cursing you out. Now the front part starts, enter in the store. This things is always nasty and it's always some drama going on at the store. They're overworked the good employees and the other workers are just plain lazy. The front cashier's be calling for a manager to come to the front some of them don't never come and don't want to come and some of them just plain told junk. I could do on and on about this location. PLUS THEY SALE OUT DATED FOOD. YOU HAVE TO CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE ON EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. (UPDATE) 1 female employee now a manager is still rude to customers the store is still dirty and now the are more panhandlers. This store needs to be shut down and get cleaned and needs a orientation for the employees on customer service."

"The staff are pretty nice but bad location it seems like all the crackheads went to hang out over there in the aisles are small and always packed with things that need to be shoved but aren't. Plus side is next to a Bravo that is worth checking out."

"Every single time i go into this specific dollar tree, i find what i need, (because i'm a regular customer and shop there all the time) and move to the register . my problem is when i get to the register. the main lady there, which i don't know her name at the moment because she wasn't wearing her name tag but shes been working there a few years now so i'm sure you know who i'm referring to, is talking up a storm with the girl checking out the customers. i even had to ask "WHATS TAKING SO LONG?". and she said, " I GUESS WE TAKING TOO LONG CAUSE WE TALKING..." with all this attitude. YESS , THE PROBLEM IS CAUSE YOU'RE TALKING ! LET THE OTHER ONE DO HER WORK ! I think some conversations should be held in private. not everyone in line needs to know what happened the night before , or who did what. for that they should take break together . or maybe conversate when they're alone and/or have already cleared the counter with the customers. I'm always in the check out line at least 10-13 mins or more. i have to mentally prepare myself to deal with the SLOWNESS of the employees here !. another problem is the "only one line being open" i clearly see two registers. and if you look on the other side by the baby things, there's another register there too . i DO NOT understand why there is only one check out line open. this line stretches out all the way into the candy isle. i'm not sure if the store is struggling with better employees or nobody bothering to apply to work at family dollar that they cant replace the bad ones, or they simply don't care. IF IT WAS FOR ME ID FIRE EVERYONE WHO IS CURRENTLY WORKING THERE AND GET A WHOLE NEW GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE . poor store sitting around rotting with a whole bunch of boxes and garbage everywhere . and near by the "groceries" they expect us to buy and eat ! if you read and agree with my comment dont be shy to agree . maybe if we say something they might hear us and get us better people or a better store for our neighborhood/community !"

"There is this guy with locks that works there...he is very arrogant. I have on 3 seperate occasions see him refuse to serve customers out of the blue and say nasty things to them. He even went to the point of saying that he doesn't need their money so f them....poor and sorry excuse for a so called manager."
