CVS 700 Northeast 6th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33483

"My wife dealt with your employee by the name of Dr Khanh Nguyen in the pharmacy located at 700 NE 6th Ave Delray Beach Fl. Dr Khan assisted in getting my wife her much needed medicine. My wife is down on vacation and needed her medicine. After numerous calls with no success to about 15 different stores. My wife made contact with Dr Khan who assisted my wife in locating her medicine and filled her script. Nowadays it’s rare that a pharmacist takes time and goes above to help my wife out. So I felt that I needed to say great job on hiring Dr Khan. Well done!"

"Please close this location, CVS stores are terrible everywhere but this one should receive an award. I wish CVS didn't work with so many employer provided health plans because I'd like to never do business with CVS ever again. I've had to go to CVS Customer Service (who actually is friendly and helpful) and even they cannot get anyone on the phone to help from this location. Is there a manager at this location? The pharmacy and staff might be the worst. This CVS store is a stain on Delray Beach, FL. You all should be let go. For everyone else, I have called CVS to complain about this store and they have (allegedly) taken notes although I don't have a lot of hope. Please just go away. Also, for documentation, you should not have to shout your Rx across the pharmacy for all to hear because the pharmacist can't take the time to walk up to the counter. That should not be legal, I felt very uncomfortable."

"This pharmacy wants no part in actually selling scripts. I prepaid my scripts and went to pick up the next morning, which was the 14th day after the pharmacy had received them from the doc. When I got there, the pharmacist told me my scripts had been put back into stock. I asked why since I was supposed to have 2 weeks to pick up-She admitted she knew it was only the 14th day but said she only had “help” to put them back into stock first thing in the morning so it was done early. I said fine could I wait for them to be labeled again-she said no I’d have to come back the next day. So today I just went to pick them up. Standing in front of her at 1:27, she told me her lunch is at 1:30 and she was leaving. The manager, who knows I’m frustrated, should’ve offered to have them delivered. I’m so done with this place!"

"I never write reviews but man this CVS is a joke… I have been using cvs for over 10 yrs mostly when I lived on the east coast and since I moved down here this one was okay for a few months but since January of this year it has been nothing but a headache. The last yr or so every time I speak with my doctor to fill my script he sends the order in then and there over the phone. I go in and every single time the pharmacist this women says “ there is no order your doctor must be wrong” so what do I do? I call my doctor and put him on the phone with her and she is extremely rude and nasty!! I know my order was sent in because my doctor will send in 2 to 3 orders and once one of them goes through by the end of the week I have two more orders ready for pickup! Every time I go in here there are scripts and bags all over the place it’s very disorganized and I don’t wanna hear excuse wether it be that they are short staffed or if there system is old I personally don’t care but what I do care about is how some people including my self need scripts filled and if we don’t have them then we can have serious problems but wait it’s no sweat off there back!! I would steer clear of this pharmacy and I just switched to Walgreens after a decade with CVS!!"
