You have to download a stupid app just to get a discount on something the manager, Peterson needs to be fired. He doesn’t know how to treat customers they treat you rudely then if you swear back at them, they say that’s, you can’t swear I but it’s OK if they talk to you rudely he wouldn’t ring up items or service Me how disgusting just so you know there’s no law against swearing, especially when they get you riled up and they talk to you rudely! I’m reporting to area manager! Stay away from this store!"

"Update 1 year later. I didnt think this place could get any worse, but 20 minutes wasted on 1 customer is ridiculous. The gal was talking to him about her tetnus shot going on and on while people were waiting! When i complained i ws told that everyones situation is different. Shooting the breeze with 1 customer for 20 minutes is not a special situation. Now that i am on medicare i will switch to publix. This location is the worst. And there was no one at the window for the drive thru.There seriously cannot be a worse place than this one! Never and I mean never have I gotten a prescription without waiting a long time. And that is just to pick one up! Need new management here. Even worse is trying to speak with someone at the pharmacy. Was on hold for 40 minutes. Ridiculous!!!! Turnover in that store is bad and I can see why. Cant wait to go on medicare, then I can get my scripts elsewhere."

"I never write reviews but people need to know not to waste their time here. This is the second time I’ve come to pickup a prescription at this pharmacy and had slow and unhelpful service. Today I waited an hour in line with only a couple of people in front of me. The other cars were also frustrated with the lack of efficiency. When I got to the window and addressed the issue, they stated they were short staffed rather than apologizing or working to improve their service.GO ACROSS THE STREET TO CVS"

"So every time I go to the pharmacy I never have an issue, every time everyone seems super helpful until just now. I went to pick up my prescription and , apparently I didn't have my current address on so she seemed bothered that I didn't give her the correct one. Then proceeded with her attitude to the point I asked her what's wrong are you having a bad day... I get it its probably been a long day and your ready to close... but learn some customer service and don't be rude to customers. If you don't like your job quit"
