"I have quite literally never experienced worst service. The entire pharmacy team is beyond miserable and nasty. When the pharmacy closes at 8 and they tell you in line at 750, with one person in front of you “sorry I can take him but not you I’m closing”. Your hours are until 8! Will be switching pharmacies immediately and will be calling corporate. Been issues every single time since I started coming here and moved to the area!"

"It is time for our annual high dose flu shot and being CVS customers, we get in the car and go. The store is almost empty with 1 person waiting at the pharmacy. I tell the young lady at the counter what we want. She asked if we have an appointment. I said no, it’s a flu shot! She had to speak with her pharmacist, who told her we had to go home and make appointments. The sign says APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDED, not NECESSARY, I say to the young lady. She told me if the pharmacist is too busy, she can turn people away. My husband is 90 and walks with a cane. Not easy to get in and out of the car. Where is COMPASSION? Seniors should be respected and accompanied. So we went into the car, drove to Walgreen’s, and got our flu shots. Shame on you, CVS store on Jog Road in Boynton Beach FL!"
